Sometimes

At times all we can do is miss our loved ones who left..

At times all we can do is close our eyes and wish that they were here with us..

Sometimes all we can do is take the road and hope that they would have appreciated of it…

Most times when the winds blow hard and we know that nobody can hear us, all we can do is whisper a wish…

And hope.. just hope.. that wherever they are at, they are at peace..

Missing them in a mighty way..

In French, you don’t really say “I miss you”, you say “Tu me manques” which means “You are missing from me”

Finding peace

Most times when am disturbed, I find myself turning away and finding solace in isolation. The wind cool or earphones on fighting my demons. Well, temporary peace floods… but somewhere along the way in my life, I picked this habit of talking to God as if he is sitting right there with me. I mean talking.. not praying.. Baring my pain as I would do with a human friend..
A few tears may slip but when I leave that spot, it’s like peace has covered me up..

And burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

I might not know much about being a really good Christian  but I know that nothing gives more peace than talking to God.

Fine… I can’t even come up with a few romantic lines… It just feels weird because I most likely don’t believe them myself..

I remember in my ‘Sociology of Deviant Behaviour’ CAT the only reason I didn’t score 29 marks out of 30 is because I couldn’t come up with Romantic lies that women tell….

Someone help me… which  are the romantic lies that women tell? Trying to tell my lecturer lies women tell got my answers ruled in red with the comment
‘You suck at love issues!!!!’

Do I smell Valentine’s Day?

Well, guess what? St Valentine’s Day is here… 
There are a few thing I would love to make clear for the sake of One Lalynne and another Madge Naomi..
If you are wondering who these are, let me help you out. They are friends of friends on Facebook and once they update their status, it somehow manages to get to me..

It is very traumatizing when people like this update a status that they will be their own Valentine’s… This got me worried.. isn’t the Valentine a person who you would love to have a romantic relationship with??
